Ticks all the boxes. Great meat & cheese content, bun was perfect and was up to the test of a decent sized burger. Easy to eat and taste all the elements like the burger. Can’t wait to get another one!!

Double Madness is a sensational burger that has great balance of flavours and is a hearty large burger that lives up to its name of double everything. Double Madness has a soft bun, 2x cheese wonderfully melted on top of each patty, 2x maple bacon for that crispy touch of sweetness, decent quality lettuce and the epic MAD mayo, delicious caramelised onion, awesome double patty with perfect char and right amount of seasoning,

🐷 Slow Pork Burger (not on this menu) Slow Cook Bulgogi Pulled Pork Cheese Lettuce Sesame Seed Spring Onion Coleslaw I'm going to focus mainly on the pork on this one. Slow cooked pork is typically delicious, but you can run into over cooked and dry on occasion. There's a few ways to go about it. Slow cook in an oven, bbq, smoker or slow cooker. Most take away joints I suspect use a slow cooker, as I suspect mad patties do. It's not a bad thing, but you really need to pack it with flavour.. when you do the other methods you get smokey or charcoal flavours. I didn't get that with this pork. It was moist, just not flavourful. The flavours that do come through is a hint of sesame, a tiny bit of spice heat and the cabbage, which gives you some texture. Not bad, not good... Just was.

🐮 Beef patty Lettuce Tomato Cheese Ketchup Sweet Mayo Extra patty The ol' let's get take away night. Ordered Mad Patties through Menulog The mad moo is the standard burger, I got the extra patty. It doesn't necessarily need it, but... You know... The patties were well seasoned, a big hit of pepper in one of the bites. It was nice and pink in the middle. It didn't have the crunch that I like, even though it looked like it should, just a little chewy. Cheese was texturally there, not a big flavour. Ketchup was very subtle. And the mayo was non existent. When I take a bite of a burger there needs to be a tang IMO Usually you get that from the sauce, pickle or mustard I'm just not getting that from this burger. Don't get me wrong, this burger certainly hit the spot so it did its job. I'm just pulling apart to write a review Possible the problem is it's sitting in a bag for who knows how long and starts to get steamed and so that makes the lettuce wilt and maybe the patty loses its crunch. It's still in the top 10 of burgers in the eastern suburbs IMO.
