I’m usually a staunch advocate for cheese on top of the chicken or beef in a burger so it melts better and more evenly, but below chicken/above bacon worked fine and it was melty all the same. Simple sriracha mayo, points for not being too much of either. Takeaway was the chicken schnitzel. It was well-seasoned, crunchy, hot, real chicken and super juicy. It radiated vitality. I got Woolies kit vibes from the slaw, but that’s fine if so because I didn’t see it used anywhere else on the menu. $16 and no side is a big risk for a first order but if you’re familiar with Magnolia Lane’s sandwiches, it’s a no brainer.
