Removed 1 x beef from this, thought 2 with the fried chicken might’ve been a bit much. I enjoyed it but could’ve been better. Beef had a lovely char on it, covered with dripping melted American cheese. Nice fat piece of fried chicken, served piping hot. Bacon was crisp. Apart from that, definitely needed some pickles or jalapeños, and there was alooot of the BBQ sauce which because a little overpowering as it was quite sweet. Mac n cheese loaded fries were delicious as were the popcorn chicken bites, violet crumble shake, and donuts.

The Barnyard 2 x 150gm beef patties Pork crackle fried chicken Artisan bacon Double American cheddar Jalapeño lime aioli BBQ sauce Before I jump into the burger, just want to mention I walked in close to closing time last night and they were still happy to serve us. Some other places will stop service that close to closing so I was stoked they still served us. Really appreciated that. Onto the burg, Milk Bar beef IMO is some of the best in the game. The char grill gives it that beautiful meaty flavour you sometimes don’t get from smashed patties. The chicken was outstanding, that pork crackle is salty, but not overpowering. Perfect crunch on the chicken from the coating. Bacon was nice and crisp too. The sweetness and subtle tang from the sauces tied it all together. For such a meaty burger without any veg, it wasn’t overly heavy either. Those chips are some of, if not Sydney’s best. The crunch is just phenomenal. The burger, chips, and a beer (with the TBC scan) + a free biscoff donut they were giving out because it was close to closing time, for only $24, is superb value.

Amazing piece of creation. Beef and chicken never got along so well. Loved the sauce. Tbh if they found a way to make it work with some veggies (I'm a balanced burger type of guy) would be a solid 4.8+.

🐮🐮2x 150g angus beef patties 🐷🐥Pork crackle fried chicken thigh 🐖Artisan bacon 🇺🇲🧀🧀2x American cheddar 🌶️💦Jalapeno lime aioli 🏠💧House BBQ sauce The fried chicken totally dominated this burger. It was amazingly crunchy from start to finish and had a rich flavour. I feel like everything else on here was lost to the chicken though. The beef was cooked just over medium, the bacon was good and the cheese was nicely melted but all I tasted in each mouthful was chicken. I wish there had been a lot more jalapeno lime aioli. I tasted it in my first couple of bites but didn't get any flavour after that, which is a shame because it tasted great and had a very slight heat to it. The BBQ sauce wasn't distinct enough to provide much either and with so much beef and chicken, this burger really needed more of any type of sauce to help wash it down and keep it interesting.

THE BARNYARD Double Angus beef patties • double American cheese • pork crackle fried chicken • bacon • BBQ sauce • jalapeño aioli #fuckmeup Milkbar were dishing out $10 burgers the other day so I took full advantage of it! This here is the holy trinity of burger meats - Beef, chicken, and pork. Beef was thick, juicy, with a huge smack of beefiness. The pork crackle chicken was as good as it sounds. Juicy piece of thigh, with a fatty crackling flavour 🤤 Bacon is bacon, and can make anything taste 110% better. The BBQ and aioli mingled perfectly into this fantastic saucy waterfall!
