Had this ages ago, butter Surry hills review coming later tonight or tomorrow. This burger was massive, brisket was good, meat was ite and other components make it a decent overall burger. Also check out my previous bl burger special review (Fork20 burger) thanks.

Milky Lane has delivered on its hype on Instagram, this may not be the best burger ever, but it’s pretty damn tasty. Would recommend if you wanna get full, as this burger is quite a rock, still delicious and totally worth it. Good temp on the meat, bacon and melted cheese plus that ML sauce is decent.

One of the best chicken base burgs ive had in sydney. Juicy, crispy, flavoursome the lot. Definetely reccomend trying.

Had some friends from New Zealand staying with us and they were begging to go to Milky Lane. I definitely wasn’t complaining since I’ve been eyeing this bad boy off since my first visit. Also something I discovered not long ago, adding extra cheese is child’s play. If you want a real experience, add a mac and cheese patty instead but thankfully the big poppa comes with one already. The beef brisket was moist and juicy and just fell apart, something I was pleasantly surprised by as I wasn’t expecting much since it can be a challenge to get right. I added chicken to mine since I love the holy trinity of beef, bacon and chicken. As usual the cheese melt and sauces were on point for ML and the pickles and mustard really helped to break up the meatiness of the burg. Absolutely digging having a Milky Lane in Brisbane, it’s a shame that they’re a bit hoity toity about reserving a table and their image. Great food though!

THE LIMP BRISKET "A tasty burger; but I think the effort might have been wasted, and there is more ingredients than the bun can contain." - 🇱🇷🥩 12 Hour Texas Rubbed Smoked Beef Brisket - 🥩💦 ML BBQ Sauce - 🇱🇷🧀 American Cheese - 🇱🇷☘️ Carolina Slaw - 🍀🤷 Sauerkraut - 🥒🥒 Pickles - 🌰👌 Onion Rings - 💦🥒 ML Sauce - 💦🇱🇷 American Mustard - 🍟🥒 SIDE: Beer Battered Chips with ML Special Sauce I was feeling like some brisket, and it turns out Smoky Sue's only opens for dinner on a Tuesday. With UberEats down, and every burger shop on MenuLog being offline, I decided to give Deliveroo a go and found this little gem of a burger store. I remember why I don't use Deliveroo; the service was horrendous. I would definitely consider visiting these guys again, in person. I have mixed reviews when it comes to this burger. It was a nice burger; but I feel like it wasn't as good as what it should have been, as advertised. The brisket was nice and tasty; but not as tender as some I've had that had not been slow cooked. As far as the Texas rub goes, it tasted just like someone had put in a bit of generic BBQ sauce. On that note, it could have used less BBQ sauce. It was, however, tasty. And that's the important part. I missed the American Cheese ingredient, when I was scanning the burgers on Deliveroo. I have to wonder if they gave me American Cheese; there was no iconic slice of sheet cheese, however, I definitely had the odd taste of something I thought was mozzarella. I really enjoyed it, which again makes me think it was at best a different kind of cheese. The pickles were sparse, but too many would have easily overpowered this burger. There’s pickles in the ML sauce, too, so you still get your background taste of pickle with each bite. The onion rings were juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside; as far as taste, I could not taste them over the rest of the burger. The same could be said about the sauerkraut, but to be honest, I don't know what sauerkraut is supposed to taste like. All in all, a lot went in to this burger. Maybe more than was needed; I felt I would have enjoyed the burger just as much with half the listed ingredients. The bun also had trouble containing it, and quickly fell apart on me. Luckily I was quick enough to prevent burger spillage. The chips were tasty, though the special sauce did not agree with them. They were quite fine to eat, by themselves.

Milky Lane is finally open in Brisbane! 🍔 Ordered the cheat platter and got the Kevin Bacon as my choice of burg. Some pretty thick and juicy patties which can sometimes be too meaty if there isn’t enough sauce but that wasn’t the case. The barbecue sauce and aioli helped soften the blow and it definitely helped adding extra cheese too. Bacon was nice and mapley and the onions added good crunch and paired with the beef nicely. Overall a solid burger, nothing exceptional but it’s nice to have a restaurant that supports your bingeing desires!
