Mister Chicken Burger

They open really late, but they appear to be an online-only restaurant. But for 2 o clock in the morning, they do make a good burger. The first thing you notice about their chicken burger is the chicken. It easily covers twice the surface area of the bun, and it always tastes so fresh, even 20 minutes after being picked up from the store. The salads perfectly compliment the schnitzel, both lettuce and tomato equally as fresh, and in perfect ratio to add moisture and crispness to the burger. I previously ordered the Mister Burger sauce, and in my opinion, it is absolute crap. I'm sure it is just ketchup mixed with BBQ sauce. They don't put it on the burger, instead giving you a small cup of sauce to dress at your discretion. Awesome idea for delivery - the burger doesn't go soggy, and you can choose how much to put on. I ordered a few before I noticed, and assumed it was ketchup for my fries. Regardless, even without sauce this is a decent burger. We had some peri peri and Chubby Sauce left over from Chubby Buns, so I opted to throw some on. For what it's worth, it was a great combination. The nearest choice they offer might be chilli aioli, but if you have some hot sauce and burger sauce at home they may be the winning pair. I'm expecting to eat a fair few more of these guys, given our pechant for late nights. I might have to try it out with their other sauce options, tho; Mister Burger sauce is definately not for me.
