🇺🇸🐔 Buffalo Bill 🐔🇺🇸 🐮 Fresh ground prime beef 🐔 Buffalo fried chicken 🧀 Double American cheddar 🥓 Double streaky bacon 🥒 Pickles 🇺🇸 Sweet Baby Ray’s brown sugar and hickory BBQ 💦 Ranch sauce 🍔 On a toasted milk bun The Beef and Chicken combo has really grown on me and has managed to become my default at most Burger joints. Monroe’s touting the best beef in Melbourne combined with some phenomenal buffalo chicken was delicious. The spice from the buffalo didn’t drown out the other flavors of the burger. It was very saucy, to where the bun wa sliding off the burger. The flavors combined really well together paired with perfectly cooked ingredients. Amazing combination of flavour and taste.

****Nashville Fried Chicken (last week’s special) Triple Nashville Style Fried Chicken🐓🐓🐓 Sliced Sandwich Pickles 🥒🥒 Mustard Mayonnaise 💦💦 Alabama White Barbeque Sauce 🇺🇸 💦 Shredded Lettuce 🥬🥬 On a Locally Baked Milk Bun 🍞🍞 The fried chicken had a superbly crispy coating while still offering moist meat. Often I find coating will fall off as I bite into the burger, but this chicken all stayed together like magic. I’m not a massive fan of spicy foods, mainly cause I can’t deal with heat, in fact this is probably the first burger I’ve ever eaten with any heat to speak of. Yet the level of heat in this burger still allowed for the other flavours to shine through. The mustard mayo and white BBQ sauce matched up like a dream with the Nashville chicken, and provided some relief when the heat built up. The burg held together all the way to the last couple of bites, with help from the shredded lettuce, which is why I’m a firm believer in lettuce under the meat if it’s ever on a burg. Those pickles were damn good, and personally I could’ve done with more on the burger but I could probably say that about any burg I’ve ever had with pickles.
