Oh my!!! What have they done. Wow! So close to the ones I remember and chased all over Sydney. Beef was pretty amazing, the charred crust ring, crunches when you bite into it. My boy described his as meat chip. The meat is juicy in the center and well seasoned. Sauce is spot on. Bacon super crisp and sweet with maple. Will definitely go back soon.

$25 burger challenge continues. went the cheapest option to begin with and then added on. ended up with a triple bacon New York burger! was phat. little bit too saucey but the smash was pretty good. went with the salad option to save myself for Xmas lunch tomorrow.

how good are seasoned shoestring fries in a burger. I call this the holy potinity - beef, chicken and potato lol. Norma's smash when it's on is up there with Sydney's best but their fried chicken is also super unique. worth tracking down at your local brewery or markets soon!

This burger was close to full marks. Great fresh soft bun, nice jucy patty that was cooked to perfection, the maple bacon was crispy and flavoursome, great sauce and heaps of it. Maybe a touch more pickle and this thing would be a show stopper. Oh cheesy fries were good too.
