Healthy AND damn delicious... I enjoyed this protein packed stack nearly as much as my cheesy cheatday heart attack inducing stacks😛😛😛 The charred chicken fillets were insanely juicy, packed with flavour, with a cheeky spice hit, balanced perfectly by the fresh salad🥰🥰 The high protein bun was also really soft and tasty, the best high protein bread I’ve had! Even though gyms aren’t open right now, at least we can stay on track with our nutrition😎😎

Definitely worth the drive from the East for this bad boy. The coating on the chicken is amazing. Flavourful and crispy. Paired with a nice juicy smash patty and their Notorious Sauce, this burger is amazing.

As a Melbourne west sider, it can be a struggle getting good food. Fortunately recently (pre-covid, of course) a few spots starting doing unreal bits. I first popped my head into this hole in the wall in November 2019, and it was dire. They went under new management in February and I’m happy to report, it’s so much better. The ‘al-bacone’ is a simple burger. House sauce, bacon, beef, tomato, lettuce, pickles. A combination that is absolutely fine. Nothing over the top, but not as basic as your average cheeseburger. The bacon was cooked great, crispy enough to fall into the crispy category. The patties are hand pressed, and I’m always happy with that as I find ore shaped patties are too uniform. I like the burger to have some uniqueness to it. I’m a bit fan of the house sauce here. It’s not OTT like a lot of places do, yet not quite as generic as a “secret burger sauce” that you’d find in woolworths. It’s more of a picklenaise with a bit of extra kick in it. Worth a try
