Pretty good again. Just not unicorning for me today. But, not taking away from the awesomeness of this! Added chicken and bacon jam. Chicken was a little overcooked and not as good as normal

Botw “Guinness in my Belly!” ☘️ 🟢Southern Fried Chicken 🟢Creamy Mashed Potato 🟢Crispy Onion Rings 🟢Guinness & Mushroom Gravy! 🟢Spanish Onion 🟢Ranch Sauce 🟢On a Toasted Milk Bun This place can be inconsistent with their chicken, overcooked a few times but today was perfect. Their supporting ingredients are always spot on but today was just special. My pot of gold at the end of the rainbow if you will. The mash was so velvety and buttery it warmed my soul on this gloomy day. Beutiful texture to go with the crispy chicken. Stout gravy was thick, aromatic and full of flavour. It was perfect, rustic and a mouth orgasm of an experience. If you've never been this weekend is a good time to try.

Wow! Just wow. Some of the freshest meat and flavours. Nice spice, added an extra chicken and streaky bacon. The only minor criticism was the use of breast over thigh for this, would've been next level with thigh. And, the bun didn't hold tight the whole way. But, amazing nevertheless. Thanks for a great craft beer selection too!

“Hot truffle” Seeded milk bun Truffle aioli Butter lettuce Jalapeño brined chicken Streaky bacon American cheese Truffle infused Mac and cheese Buffalo hot sauce Hash brown Very hard burger to score. It should be high 4's but there was one big problem the chicken was way over done. The coating was visibly darker than usual but wasnt too bad. No bitterness and still tasted good. The inside was badly affected. At one stage biting into it i thought i latched onto the bacon that just wouldnt rip off. I felt like an animal eating my prey, i tore away a large chunk of chicken and it was very stringy and dry. Its a shame because the jalapeno brine was amazingly stood out and could be tasted. Everything else was incredible. The truffle infused mac n cheese felt like it should be in a fine dining restaurant not a burger. buffalo sauce and hash brown actually combined to make a very tasty background flavour and texture. This is one of the stronger concepts done here but chicken made a big difference. This still tasted like a 4.5-6 for me but didnt feel right scoring it higher when not executed right.
