🍄Crumbed Portobello Mushroom 🥬Lettuce 🥒Pickles 💦Miso Mayo Walk past here most days on the way to work, seen some average reviews so I opted not to try the meat burgers and did a The_Hoff and went for the veg. Buns were soft and the mushroom was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, loved the miso mayo, was rich and creamy, salad was as expected. Good burger but I would think twice about spending beyond $10

By far my least favourite chicken entry. If you are in this part of sydney step your game up. The saving grace was the sauce. Made this edible and over 2. Was really good. The chicken was so dry, didnt taste fresh and could have been crumbed with sand. Felt like a jumbo maccas nugget. You know theres problems when you think oh shit thank god for the tomato.

Pardon the shitty photos for these 2 reviews but this place had no lights and i have had a few. Also ice falling from sky so no point taking it out. Left the xmas party for abit to get a feed and was nervous i overscored it. The pickles and sauce were fantastic but the bun and patty were abit dry. Considering poor previous reviews though i was happy

For $10 this is a good burger. Well cooked, left pink in the middle. And the cheesy beer sauce was good. Let downs were that it was pretty small and I would of like some additional sauces. Had to ask for ketchup (which did have a nice flavour and not Heinz at least) and got a tube of English mustard which looked like a travel toothpaste... asked for American. Oh well. Good working lunch if you don’t want a food coma all afternoon Not sure if they are on TBC anymore though, had the sign but the guy had no idea what I was talking about.

Not so good! The sauce was nice and the patty was pink but that was where the positives ended. Bun wasn't fresh, was very salty, meat was not charred at all and had a strange texture.

Tried out this place because my friend and I heard of the "Black Widow" and we weren't disappointed. The food is summed up to be an American diner. But the atmosphere of the restaurant is more of a pub that has just decided to randomly start selling this food. We ordered a burger each with fries, fried pickles and fried onion rings. Wow. Definitely a huge mistake because we couldn't finish. Definitely get the burger and one side only. I'd choose the onion rings over the pickles for next time. The fried pickles were great but a bit too salty. The Black Widow was a sight to behold and probably the best tasting beef burger I've ever had. The night was rather cheap as well. Only giving 4 stars because the restaurant/pub is really small. So if you want to try out this place I'd suggest to not try and go at a peak hour time on a peak hour day. You'll be waiting for a table for a bit. Also, the place itself can be changed into something a bit more scenic and funky to match its menu. Other then that I was not disappointed one bit!
