This one was easily the weakest. no maple bacon automatically noticeable difference. big let down though is the truffle mayo. no truffle flavour whatsoever. the mayo also felt hotter than the beef which was weird.

this is the beef n halloumi. tasted almost exactly the same. it basically is the same just swap onion ring for haloumi. the beef seemed smashed on this one but not the other one so beef wins here. the maple bacon was dripping that syrup all over the burger and when combined with the awesome pb sauce elevates this burger. big issue is the haloumi is non existent. clearly visible but offers no flavour or texture. Still, very tasty burger.

Saw X-Ray_Mike photos of this yesterday and had that love at first sight chemistry with the buns. they just looked so soft, fluffy and airy. they didn't disappoint. definitely have that pillow effect. great sweetness from the maple bacon and onion ring balanced with freshness from tomato and red onion. this is tomato used right. this is right next to a pub and its a tiny burger. a few of tgese would go down just right after a big night.

*The Frankinator* This is People’s Burgers’ biggest burger, and is great value at $20 for beef, chicken, maple bacon + fries! The bun was soft and fluffy, and the wagyu patty was perfectly cooked. The chicken was thick and moist, however, slightly lacking flavour and crispiness. The coleslaw was also a bit bland, and the cheese on the chicken would have been better melted. The maple bacon (the absolute highlight of the Fatty Boi) was unfortunately lost due to a tad too much aioli - such a shame as it would have really balanced out the flavours. We also grabbed their Sticky Hickory BBQ Wings with ranch dressing. The wings were moist and had a decent amount of meat on the bone, but were slightly too subtle in that Smokey BBQ flavour we love. Overall, not a bad feed. Thanks again X-Ray_Mike! Check these guys out if you’re in the Inner West 😊

Huge thanks to X-Ray_Mike for the invite to try this new food truck out! People’s Burger is slinging out some great value burgers, ranging from $14-20 including a side of fries. The Fatty Boi was our first victim - again, impressive value at $16.50 for a double patty, onion ring and maple bacon + fries! The bun was soft and fluffy, and the wagyu patties were perfectly cooked and juicy. There was a great hit of flavour and texture from the red onion and crispy onion ring. The burger was well balanced by a generous slather of flavourful PB sauce, and the maple bacon was absolutely heavenly - best maple bacon we’ve had (besides maple bacon jam). Recommend checking these guys out if you’re in the Inner West!

Patties were cooked to a medium with a wicked cheese melt. Pickles nice and acidic and the fried onion came a nice crunch, but what caught my attention and really impressed me was their maple bacon, plenty of places claim to do it but very few actually do maple bacon, this was off its head, that along with their soft af buns. Would bang again good seeing powerliftingfoodie_ and mega_n_eats
