I am one of many who were saddened by the closure of Fat Belly Jacks, thankfully it has kind of made its return to a far more deserving city. The texture of this was amazing, really nice crunch, pickles balanced it out and that red eye mayo was just bliss. I ordered the hot but found it mild, but I eat chillis for breakfast, ordered the tenders as well, that peri peri sauce is amazing, check it out, three locations so you have no excuse
