This is definitely the fanciest place for the fanciest cheese burger in Sydney or even Australia period. From the front door opening at 5:00pm with several welcomes and greetings down the spiral stairwell to the table at the Bar where you will definitely want to be to have this masterpiece and soak up the atmosphere with your favourite wine or alcoholic beverage. Oo boy do they have quite the selection... This is truly dry aged, high marbled beef. From the first bite you get hit with the fukiness of the dry age and cooked to a perfect medium the beef just melts in your mouth without ever needing to be chewed. Your entire mouth is coated with the fatty juices of the beef from start to finish, and the beefiness is richer than Bill Gate's divorce... The first time having a burger and the patty is the true and undisputed star of the whole show. Nothing comes close. Depending on how you like Dry Aged beef you'll either love this like i did with a huge cut of pickle to help reset your taste buds as a side with your duck fat fried french fries, or hate it. But $17 what a steal! Do yourself a favour and give this a go.

Wow this was such a clean, juicy burger with sweetness from the grilled onions. Well balanced and absolute quality. At half price $13 during happy hour, this was an absolute steal. If you get the extra chips for $4 they will give you a super generous portion of fries that will fill most people up. The dill pickle (served on the side) didn’t have that much acidity which I would’ve liked to score the burger higher. But I would go back many times for this
