Awesome bread to filling ratio. Unexpected spiciness with the chipotle sauce I didn't read on the menu. But it very pleasant level of heat. Meat was cooked very well and the pastrami combo was dang tasty.

Here @reubenandmoore they call this guy the Cuban. Beef patty (doubled it of course 😋), shaved pork, crispy bacon, Swiss cheese, mustard and pickle relish. They really set the bar high for food court dining, with perfect medium grilled well-seasoned patties, cheese melt on point, and that mustard & pickle relish combo 👏😍. Not the crispiest bacon but still delicious, and the addition of the pork was a good idea but kind of lost amongst the other flavours. Mainly because the beef was so stand out 😄. Definitely worth going back for. Sadly was just one of their specials, but with the Texan and Reuben calling my name, as well as the promise of new specials 😁,

Reuben and Moore Wagyu Reuben Burger is one of my favourites in Sydney. The combination of their smokey creamy chipotle sauce, with the peppery pastrami and beautiful pink Wagyu beef combine for one of my go to's if I'm around Pitt St for lunch. Don't overlook it just coz it's in the Westfield. For $12 it's one of the better value burgers for its size and quality.

Reuben and Moore are pulling out all the stops. This is a sick burger. 'The Texan' Bones: $13 (free 2nd pattie for fatties) To start, one of the best jalapeño poppers I've had. Double Wagyu patty was a lovely juicy pink. Mike Baird would have hated it. Chilli con carne, crispy bacon and double cheese. Great flavours - it's not spicy, for those that are wary of heat. It's very flavoursome and there is not much chilli heat. Buns are great, held together until the end. Got a bit messy but it's a sloppy burger anyway because of the chill con carne. It's a BIG burger. You don't need fries. Reuben and Moore are getting really creative with their specials. Next on the list is to consume their Canadian burger. Don't sleep on Reuben & Moore guys. For the price you get a a great return for your dollar. I feel like some others in the burger scene would be charging closer to $20 for this
