Shoal Bay Diner

This place is new to Shoal Bay. The decor is American 60-70 diner, record covers on the walls, rock and roll music playing in the background and red vinyl chairs with white piping. The burgers are pretty good. I had the Dorothy which has Southern fried 🍗 pattie Beef 🥩 pattie Bacon 🥓 Cheese 🧀 Kansas bbq sauce Lettuce 🥬 Tomato 🍅 Onion 🧅 Pickles The chicken was cut thin but the coating was super crispy. The beef I’m guessing is presses before grilling and is cooked through, taste is good but it was a little dry. The bacon like most places outside Sydney is not crispy, it’s semi cooked by Sydney standard and look boiled. Overall a good burger, probably the best in the area.
