Man saw some great things on here and when I was staying at the valley with this so close couldn't go past hitting them up. Sadly they're no longer with TBC. Anyway stacked the Tower with Mac n cheese to get the best of both worlds. Some might find this overkill for brekkie, or too greasy but was a decadent delight for me. Flavoursome, filling, can Def see why the guys recommended it 😋

Ordered the Pork'n'Mac but unfortunately ran out of pork so had to settle with a beef patty instead was thick and juicy, mac was a tad dry but overall sick burger will be back to try the real thing!

Reviews.com from me today. Trying to climb these leaderboards. If you’re in Brissy, Sixteenth Round is an absolute must. A quaint, humble cafe that seriously packs a punch! 🥊 The owner is an ex pro boxer and coach and everything is boxing themed. This is their cheeseburger and it’s absolute knockout. Usually I’m not a fan of a thick patty but this was juicy, flavoursome and oh so perfectly cooked. The cheese was melted perfectly and the bacon was seriously crispy, the house BBQ sauce really bring it all together. To be honest, if you go here, you’re going to need to get two burgers, this and the Pork Vs Mac - you can see my earlier review on my profile. Brisbane, I am jealous and want a Sixteenth Round in Sydney

Holy shit this burger is unbelievable! Sixteenth Round in Newstead is an absolute sleeper. A small cafe tucked away from the main streets in Newstead with an awesome boxing theme featuring an epic Mohammed Ali piece on the back wall. Their list of burgers is solid, the only problem is choosing what to eat. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but this pulled pork burger is one hot mess that is filled with mouth watering bites all along the way. It's saucy, oozy, juicy and every other 'cy word you could use to describe an epic burger. The pork is some of the softest I've ever had. It's sticky and thick but pulls apart so easily with such an awesoke smoky flavour. The Mac n' cheese is toasted so you get these amazing bits of crunchy fried macaroni and with the American cheese, it's a messy but delicious affair. Paired with the brioche bun that adds some sweetness to the other super rich flavours it's a serious mouth orgasm. I'll definitely be back, but will struggle to go past this bad boy 💦💦

Well call me Charlie Dickens and throw me over the river! 99% of the time when I see a pulled pork burger on a menu I’ll steer clear, I personally believe beef or chicken should be reserved for burger things but my lordy... Sixteenth Round have completely changed my opinion on this. This is probably the best burger I have had in Brisbane on my burger journey so far. Ridiculously saucy, smoky pork, slabs of fried Mac n cheese all on a stupidly soft bun. If you’re in Newstead (and don’t want endure the Betty’s Burgers silly long lines) you need to get your burger butt here ASAP!

Brisbane's got game!! Sixteenth Round has been high on my list for a while. They do all of their meat in house and it is all ridiculously good. It's a cosy spot in Newstead with a boxing theme throughout and some killer artwork to boot. The menu is heavily burger focused and everything sounds ridiculously good. With a few burgers ahead of us for the day I opted for the Double Bacon Cheeseburger because I'm all about that BBQ sauce life. The burg came out exactly as I expected it. Juicy, saucy and beautiful. I wasn't sure what to expect with the thick beef patty but god damn it was insane!! The beef was so tender and packed with flavour, even though it was cooked through it was super soft, the bacon was nice and crispy, the cheese was doubled up and well melted and the BBQ Sauce worked really well to bundle up a seriously good tasting burg. If you find yourself in Brissy, this is an absolute must visit and you won't be disappointed. Plus you'll score a free small fries when you scan 🍟👌🏼

Holy moly. Not my usual breakfast treat but a good precursor to a 12 hour drive (hopefully). Try eating it AGAINST the board to maintain that juicy form.
