We couldn’t visit Stockman’s without trying the infamous waffle chicken - termed ‘popcorn chicken with a twist’, these beauties are coated in house made waffle batter and parmesan cheese, and served with aioli, maple syrup and hot sauce. I’m weak so only tried one with the hot sauce, then stuck to the deliciously creamy aioli and maple syrup, but Tara loved the hot sauce! They were super crispy, however we would have loved a bit more chicken to batter ratio. Nonetheless, they were full of flavour and paired perfectly with the parmesan and three dips.
