It’s all about the crispy edges on this patty; Makes my heart flutter! So happy this joint is so close to me now. Bun, Tomato, lettuce pickles and onion; all in perfect harmony. Sauce is always great, but should have added bacon and hot sauce for sure Loaded fries; super tasty and loaded with sauce (unlike some that have a dash or two) this was soaked 🤩 Sadly, they have nothing on the Ze Pickle ‘Ze Chips’; best loaded fries I’ve ever had. Thank you for making my day Superior!!

One of my favourite specials from Superior Burger. The patty was perfectly cooked and juicy and the chilli con carne had a delicious taste and a nice little chilli kick to it. Chimichurri normally gets lost in most burgers for me but not this one. It looks kinda messy to eat but it wasn't. I also gave their cheeseburger spring rolls a go, besides being a little pricey they were great.

Pretty solid offering from the new-ish truck set up by @superior.burger in the back of Mortlake. Fresh ingredients and all well put together. Beef a little overdone but the patties are big! Not sure I needed a double after all... really enjoyed the sauce and bacon 👏🏻

*Actually the Pineapple Char-Char* This was insanely good! One of my fave burger specials of the year for sure. Know a few peeps aren’t into pineapple on Burgers, but your crazy! This would turn you for sure! The sweet & spicy pineapple chutney was divine and should be sold in jars. Onion rings (which I’m normally not a fan of on burgers) added a great-not-too-greasy-crunch, and the two cheeses added that stringy-gooey-goodness I’m such a fan of. Maple bacon was not too mapley-which I think was best as the chutney brought the sweet game to the party. Only reason I removed a mark was that it ran out; and then I got sad. So great seeing Superior open close to where I live- I’m a very very happy Lady!

Melted camembert cheese with what is essentially a bbq bacon cheeseburger, this was delicious, a little bit too salty but still enjoyable nonetheless. Really digging the Mortlake location and glad to see another quality option in the Inner West
