Burger: Hola Amigo It's one of those places that looks like a hole in the wall from the outside...but inside it's a party on a cruise complete with neons and wall paintings and burger chefs having the time of their lives in the open kitchen. The actual burger was an example of authentic cooking that met my expectation from the smiling faces in the kitchen. Packed with Mexican flavored pulled beef but not enough chipotle mayo making it dry. The fried jalapeños and pickled onions weren't really a letdown as they provided interesting texture, but lacked in taste; regular jalapeños and Spanish onions would make good substitutes. Pineapple salsa was pretty good but the sweetness wasn't really needed. Melted cheese bun was essentially like a tasty slab of cheese curd thrown in there.
