The sauces on this bad boy is to die for. Soft bun, melted cheese and crunchy red onions were in the mix. Meat was a tad tough but overall a solid burger for $5 👌🏼

Ross Kemp on Burgers 🍔

Straight up on the the tastiest and most consistent burgers in Sydney. The thing that really sets The Eate apart from the competition in the area in the dedication to their craft and the quality of ingredients that are used. When I say dedication, I’m referring to being up at 4am every morning and going to the markets to get the freshest, best ingredients for their customers for the sy ahead. The quality is exceptional too. This burger is seriously rich, it can feel like a double only being a single. You’ve got perfectly cooked beef wijt a crust as food as a smashed patty, maple skoked pastrami, cripsy onion straws, truffle and their signature softest of soft truffle and pecorino bun! This burger is pretty hard to fault, while the richness might be too much for some, if you love this kind of flavour profile, you’ll love it!

Cracker burg. These guys suffer from the name game - I feel like they don't get the respect they deserve because it's a grill joint and not a burger chain. The buns are super soft. Beef a nice fatty blend with very decent crust for an untraditional smash method. Lose .5 for not having bacon lol. But definitely worth the price you pay.

🐮Angus smoked beef brisket 🧀Melted cheese 🥗Slaw 🥒Fat pickle 💦Hickory smoked mayo ⚪Chopped onions The brisket on this burger was moist and rich in flavour, delicious. There wasn't much bbq flavour but that's a good thing as it only needed a little to complement the beef. The pickles gave a nice zing to cut through the rich beef, and the slaw provided a refreshing crunch to contest the tender meat.

🐥Southern fried chicken breast 🧀Melted cheese 🥬Lettuce 🥗Smokey BBQ slaw 🥒Pickle 🧂Salted cucumber Another great burger from The Eate. The chicken was delicious - crispy out, moist in. The Eate always nails the ever-important cheese melt. Very satisfying. The BBQ slaw was pretty strong but a really nice flavour and the salted cucumber contrasted it well. I can't remember what sauce it was but there was shitloads of it. 👌🏻
