🥩Angus beef 🧀Melted Swiss cheese 🧀Crumbed mozzarella 🥬Lettuce 🍅Tomato 🥒Zuni pickle 🌰Caramelised onion 🌰Angry onion 🌶Guindillas ✔B’s BBQ sauce ✔Aioli Been way too long between visits to Eate, always quality food here, found the most epic burger on the menu, patty was cooked to a medium and was juicy with every bite. Swiss cheese melted on top is always a plus for me. The crumbed mozzarella was soft on the outside and so gooey on the inside, made this a messy burger. Loved the onions, pickle and guindillas, topped with aioli. Everything served fresh, one of the top eateries in the Inner West let alone Dulwich Hill.

🐮Angus Beef 🇨🇭🧀Melted Swiss Cheese 🍞🧀Crumbed Mozzarella 🥬Lettuce 🍅Tomato 🥒Zuni Pickle 🍮⚪Caramelised Onion 😠⚪Angry Onion 🌶️Guindillas 💧B’s BBQ Sauce 💦Aioli This was certainly an interesting, unusual and effective combination of ingredients. Just about everything on the burger provided a distinct taste and it all worked together. Impressive! The beef was tasty and juicy but the flavour of the Swiss cheese was a bit lost amongst everything else. The fried mozzarella patty unfortunately solidified in the time it took Deliveroo to reach me, but the bits which had exploded when it was still hot retained their ooze around the edges. The BBQ sauce was clearly created in-house and had a delicious, deep flavour. The guindillas were surprisingly good, providing a very subtle level of heat and a tangy flavour. The angry onions survived all the sauce to give a nice crunchy texture right til the end. The Eate folks kindly obliged and sent a TBC QR code card along with my delivery too!

The Eate are spit and grill specialists, and it was damn obvious while eating this burger. The taste of charred beef (the good kind), sweet-sweet caramelized onion and hickory were strong with this one. And I was damn happy about that. I was a little worried from other reviews about the dryness of the beef patties here, but there were as pink as you'd want - and dripping moist. Exceptional charred flavour consistently throughout too. The mozzarella patties were so crunchy and didn't get too lost amongst the other flavours. The fried onions are great and crispy, but unfortunately I couldn't find the fried pickles here, and I really looked hard for them. Adding jalapeño or pickles to this is strongly recommended to break up the flavours. I added bacon too (lamb only here) but much more subtle than its oinky counterpart, the flavour got lost amongst the rest. Although when I did dig some up and eat it solo, it was awesome and crunchy. There was a creamy aioli floating around too which is a guilty pleasure. The Grand Eatest -House Angus beef patty (plus one) -Fried mozzarella cheese patty (plus one) -Special sauce -Fried pickles and onions -Some salad stuff -Jalapeños -Lamb bacon

Special sauce tasted like a smokey hickory which I have a crap record with but it worked here with another exploding cheese patty, tangy fried pickle and other stuff. Im too full to get descriptive. Had anit of everything in this burger. I liked the pickles from the other burger and think they would be a hit on this. Overall very satisfied, a nice myummy mess.

An amazing combination of flavors and ingredients. The mozzarella patty topped it off. Couldn’t ask for a more succulent burger. Wait staff and staff in general are very respectful and kind. 10 out of 10 would eate there again.

Fell apart upon picking up, a real slippery bugger. Maybe too much on it. deep fried mozzarella was way to much and sicking, took half it off. didn't even finish this burg and felt pretty heavy/lethargic after. doubt I'll be back unfortunately. Both burger buddies with me agreed
