See my previous review of this monster burger, but in fine tuning this burger, still swap out a beef patty for chicken schnitzel, or two if you're a schnitty person (for the extra crunch and diff flavour). And swap herbed mayo for chilli mayo (you'll thank me later 😁). Still the best burgers in the area easy

They don't do receipts but legit review honest 😂. When it's 3pm, had a busy day at work on a Saturday, and hungry from eating nothing all day, you tend to bite off more than you can chew 😅. Enter George the 3rd @thegrillongeorge - triple beef (switched one for a chicken schnitzel), triple cheese, triple bacon, triple egg, double pineapple, tomato, beetroot, onion, salad leaves, tomato relish, and herb mayo, all between a toasted Italian ciabatta bun. A day's worth of food right there 😂. Maybe because I was hungry I would have originally given it a 4, but after food coma-ing, I would say it's still a very solid burger. Very traditional aussie flavours with the egg, beetroot and pineapple, nice herb mayo although could do with more considering the size of the beast. The bun was different from your typical brioche in a good way. Patties were more on the well done with a tinge of pink but definitely not overcooked. Did have a more rissole taste to it but not overly so. Bacon was nice and salty but not the crispy kind, and chicken schnitty was solid. Considering I got this burger for 20 dollars (have em a twenty and a tenner cos no coins and they were like dw bout it) it's great value and definitely rates up there with cafe burgers.
