When you replace buns with fried chicken & pair it with the most ridiculous milkshakes going… you get a Calorie Overload. It’s no surprise that Three One 2 One is the go to spot for some serious cheat meals in Melbourne. Their menu has some serious range to cover the tamest of people to sadistic masochists who like to destroy themselves on a beautiful Saturday arvo… Not even sure this is technically still a burger, but I still loved it. It’s basically a Double Down with beef, & salami added because the Double Down wasn’t gluttonous enough. The lack of bun made this a seriously tough eat and my forearms took about half an hour to stop feeling greasy, but this feast was so worth it. The fried chicken thigh is juicy AF and has a really nice crumb that is light and almost melts in your mouth. The beef as always was cooked through but retained all of its juiciness. The bacon was nice & salty, but could have done with some more time on the grill to add some texture changes to this creation. I didn’t notice much of the salami to be honest, but it was up against stiff competition. The cheese & Napoli sauce top was a nice addition & basically made this an amazing parmy with a naked cheeseburger under it. The shakes here are out of control. Like seriously ridiculous. The ‘milkshake’ I’m pretty sure is just melted ice cream (It’s that thick & delicious) and then you’ve got an entire waffle, a donut, 3 scoops of rainbow ice cream, fairy floss, karate belts, a stick of Kit Kats & liquorice. So absolutely all of it is necessary. Check them out next time you want to eat some seriously delicious stuff/hurt yourself

What a burger to end 2017 with! Chicken was really moist and very tasty. Beef was cooked nicely The topping on top of the chicken was very interesting, easy way to explain it is, it is just like a Parma but a burger! I had a crack at eating it like a normal burger, it worked til I got half way through and then had to use a knife and fork (first time ever) 😫
