Bit of of a change of tac today, testing out a Turkish burger that I have seen on the menu but never had the guts to test drive. Tbh, it was solid, filled with chicken and lamb meat and all those other Turkish kebab goodies. Typical garlic and 🌶 sauces. I had to temper my expectations on the bun because, unsurprisingly, they used super fresh Turkish bread that had a dense texture and resistance in the bite. It fitted the bill but wasn't what we have come to expect with the nice soft potato buns around. Next time I would add the holy Trinity. For $12 with a generous serve of chips, it might just become a 'once a monther'.
