(Review from Sept 2019) I found that the meat was dry and lukewarm, potentially overdone. I felt that it needed more sauce to compensate for this, however loved the combo of the ingredients and overall wasn't a bad burger.

The Le Fromage is part of Varsity’s Burgers with out Borders competition. If you love Brisket and Brie this is the burger for you. The caramelised onions really add to the make up of this burger and compliment the French taste they are aiming for. This one is only available until the end of September.

I’m currently visiting Perth and when asking where to go I was told varsity, so I went to the Joondalup restaurant. What I had was the Texan, which was a well rounded burger. My only complaint was the meat was a little bit over done, but that can be forgiven. The onions were crispy, sauce was Smokey and the ratios were all perfect. To my surprise the burger held together to the last bite . Will definitely be going back next time.

This is for the soul burger which does not appear on tbc menu items. Very fresh burger so was glad to have it second. The sauce was decent as was the chicken. So many places back home do amazi g buttermilk/fried chicken so decent chicken was the let down here. Decent best way to sum this up.

In Perth for the ufc this weekend and decided to check out the local burger scene naturally. Some of the list toppers werent walking distance so settled on this. Burger was average, tasted very Mcdonalds and there was no standouts. Beef cooked through, cheese was decent, sauce smokey as expected. It felt like it needed some pulled pork on there.

Great tasting burg, this is actually the double cheese deluxe. Everything is tasty about this burg but the pattie seems to be mass produced or over handled, good flavor and nice and juicy but heading into the sausage mince consistency territory. Bit disappointing.
