🍔 - Angus Beef Signature. 📍 - @wingfix . . The Angus Beef Signature from @wingfix was a great choice. 140g grass fed Angus beef patty, melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, WF herbed mayo on a toasty bun. Exactly what I needed to satisfy my cravings #wingfix

It seems to be the done thing at the moment, open an awesome wing joint and then make one of the best burgers in the city 😂. Now while this burger isn’t exactly the same as the said burger joint I’m referencing in Sydney, Wing Fix is pushing out a seriously classic flavoured burger. What makes this unique is the super steakiness (that’s a word now) that this burger has, it literally tasted like a steak in the form of a burger thanks to the Angus they use. Chipotle and bacon jam accompanied the burger with some fresh salads really made for a great experience. The wings are awesome too. We got classic buffalo, sriacha and garlic with blue cheese and ranch sauces, happy days.

I got the buffalo chicken burger and doubled it, thinking I was man enough. I’ve had some quite tame buffalo chicken before so I didn’t really bat an eye at it on the menu but man oh man, this was the most heat I’ve ever endured from food. I’m an absolute baby when it comes to spice so unfortunately this burger was wasted on me. I wish I could talk about how the flavours paired or how the lettuce and pickles added a fresh crunch but I was busy sweating and tearing up from the pain. I’m sure it’s a delicious burger for anyone who enjoys heat but for me this was a struggle! Wing fix do amazing burgers but I think I’ll have to work my way up to this one haha

Crispy cheeky chicken, coated in that hot paprika rub. Stacked in a soft buttermilk bun, little lettuce, pickle and jalapeño. Moist hot tasty

Ended up getting the special of the month, Cheesy Truffle and doubled it, instead of the half pounder. They’re more or less the same just with truffle mayo instead but man it made a difference! Nice big patties, cooked medium rare and the cheese melt was insane. The crunch of the lettuce, onion and tomato balanced out the creamy smoothness of the mayo and cheese. For a chicken restaurant their beef burgers are 10/10 so it’s always a difficult to decision to go chicken or beef. Highly recommend anything on their menu! Get amongst this months special while you can
